I stay at home and I utilise my time productively. I don't want my day to go just like that without doing anything. For me the day should be packed with lots of things to do. The day does not go dull and bored if there is some activity to get occupied and keep the mind active.I plan my day ahead and write To do list for whatever I want to do.
Spending time productively is subjective and everyone has their own way to do that. You can jumpstart your day if you have a plan and there are lot many things to do. Here is my list of 10 things you can do being at home.
Here are top 10 things I know to utilise the time you have at home.
Learn new language: There are online apps and websites to learn new languages. we can learn basics of new languages through online. Here are a few of them Duolingo.com, BBC Languages.com, Memrise.com
Do Online Surveys: You can do surveys online and earn money. check out my other post on online surveys.
Join Online communities: Once you start doing online surveys. You get invites from communities through completing some online surveys. I am doing surveys since 7 years and have been part of 4 communities. You get involved to voice your opinion, give new ideas. This way you can impact Products and Companies. For that you can earn money or gift cards.
Read Books: Read a Book. It is a way to learn, relax and escape from the surroundings. It is the best companion when you are alone.
Write a Blog: You can write articles and publish online content. There are many websites like Blogger, WordPress where you can start writing.
Develop your Hobby: Choose your area of interest like Crochet, Painting, Craft making and improve your hobby.
Organise and declutter your home: Toss out or donate things you no longer use. Organise and reorganise your home. It makes life easier and gives a new look. A clutter free and Organised home gives a sense of satisfaction and energy to your life.
Learn online courses: There are many sites which offer online courses both for free and paid. Learning a new course in your area of your interest.
Udemy.com is one of the sites.
Do work from home jobs: There are sites which offer work from jobs if there is any specialised skillset. Freelancer.com, Work hire.com, Fiverr.com
Have some "ME" time: Have some ME time for youself. Plan your next day, write a To do list. Think about your goals and plan for it. Reward yourself for what you have done that day.
And finally relax in your couch with a cup of coffee and listen to some good music to rejuvenate yourself.
